DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Reva Oliver, Director of Business Development, is responsible for developing and expanding our portfolio of existing customers and prospects supporting the federal, state and local governments. She works closely with industry partners and clients in support of the company’s strategic goals. Reva supports the entire sales process, from identification of potential customers, lead qualification, customer meetings, and contract negotiation. Ms. Oliver has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and business development, previously serving as a Business Development and Recruiting Manager for a local government contractor and Domestic Marketing & Sales Associate for an international manufacturing company.

Reva is the STEM Outreach Chair for Women In Defense Mid-Atlantic Chapter and serves on the Military Affairs committee. She also actively participates in various military and technical associations. Reva holds a Secret clearance as has earned a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Towson University.
